Hi syed irfan,
If you meet the conditions of the visa for your PhD course and are granted family reunification under the policy https://www.irishimmigration.ie/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Guidelines-for-Degree-Programme-Students.pdf (page 13), then your children will be allowed to attend public schools in Ireland.

Hi Colleen, and first of all, thank you for this site. I’m from Croatia and thinking about moving to Ireland. I’m a single mom with two children, 6 and 13, the younger is in pre-school, and the older one is seventh grade in our elementary school. When would be the best time of the year to move with them, because of the school, and under what conditions can they go to school in Ireland? Thank you in advance.

Hi Colleen,
I was wondering whether you knew if there was such a thing as a relocation services in Ireland, that families can pay to help them find schools, housing etc? My family are British but we have lived in France for the last 5 years. We want to move again, and are thinking about Ireland, and we would love to speak with someone to get recommendations for specific schools, and areas that are nice to live in (and those to avoid). Do you know if there are such firms in Ireland?
Colleen
Yes, there are several relocation services. If you just Google ‘relocation services Ireland’ there are companies such as Settle In and On Board Ireland. I personally have not used any, so can’t recommend a particular company.
